Dublin HELP Awards Honour Community Service

On International Volunteer Recognition Day 2026, the Church of Scientology & Community Centre of Dublin hosted the sixth edition of its annual HELP Awards, recognising individuals and organisations whose work has supported communities across Ireland. The event brought together volunteers, community leaders, human rights advocates, changemakers and past honourees.

Frank Allen, previous awardee, playwright, director and former Dublin Prisons teacher, gave the keynote address. This year’s award recipients included Walk And Talk and Stephen Brennan, the Kurdish Community of Ireland and Mokthar Moradi, the Indonesian-Irish Association and Irene Murphy, Scoil Rince Ní Áogain and Denise Egan, Nicolae Dulea, Joseph Orgin and Feljose Shristeca, Stefano Bonvini, Mohammed Rashid of Safco Fine Foods, Mass Events Ireland, Dr. Mahesh Baj, and Neera Baj.

Founded in 2019 by the Scientology Volunteer Ministers, the HELP Awards recognise people and organisations making a difference through volunteer action. eu news france The awards reflect the wider mission of the Scientology Volunteer Minister programme, created by author and humanitarian L. Ron Hubbard, through which trained volunteers provide practical support in communities and during crises.
